12/365: Asterix is for grown-ups

Funny how, as a child, I thought Asterix was meant for us little ones, and I thought I understood the humour in it. Now that I’m all grown-up it turns out that those books have a whole other layer of humour that I could not have possibly understood as a child (or at least that’s what I think from my current possibly condescening grown-up perspective). This is from Asterix and the Great Crossing… can’t recommend enough re-reading it, with or without children as an excuse.
